Bankruptcy and Tax Attorney The candidate Must Have Prior Bankruptcy Experience. Should be well versed in personal bankruptcy for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 from the intake all the way to case confirmation. This position is 25% bankruptcy and 75% tax resolution. Should be somebody that does not need much supervision and can follow up on their own case load. Should have 2+ year of PQE.
