Litigation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities will include litigation case management, preparing discovery, subpoenas and other documents, medical record reviews and summaries, deposition summaries, trial preparation, and other related duties as assigned. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience, including trial. Insurance defense experience is a plus. Experience in drafting discovery (including responses), pleadings, and correspondence is needed. Knowledge of State/Federal Court Rules and Procedures is required. Proficiency in medical records summaries and legal research is also needed. Demonstrated ability to interact at a professional level with clients and attorneys is required. The ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize is essential. Must be well organized.
