Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 5-6 years experience in personal injury litigation. Must be professional, organized, able to multi-task, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be familiar with the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and calendaring relevant deadlines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Must be familiar with electronic case management systems. Must have strong writing skills and the ability to draft complaints, written discovery requests and responses, motions and other pleadings. Must be familiar with eFiling in both State and Federal Court. Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
