Attorney - PIP Insurance Defense The candidate must have 2+ years of experience. Should preferably have a solid understanding of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, experience with legal analysis, drafting motions and discovery. Must have courtroom and deposition experience and be able to handle a high volume of cases. Should also have strong client interaction, negotiation skills and excellent analytical and writing abilities. A portable book of business is a plus.
