Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience working in upstream energy, including title examination, due diligence, and negotiation and drafting and/or field/inhouse land work. Must have a J.D. with a strong academic record and familiarity with preparing Oil and Gas Title Opinions. Must be admitted and in good standing to practice law in Texas. Licenses in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Ohio or Louisiana are a plus.
