Commercial Finance First-Year Associate or Staff Attorney The candidate will support the firm s securities-based lending practice and assist in other real estates, commercial, tax-advantaged, and asset-backed lending matters. A trusts and estates background or experience with review and analysis of trust and estate documentation is a plus. Must have excellent academic credentials and the ability to work in a team environment. Utah Bar or other State Bar where located is required.
