Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate' should have experience taking depositions and examinations under oath, as well as writing motions and legal opinions. We are looking for someone that has a strong desire to litigate. Experience in the arena of insurance defense, is extremely valuable. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is ready to handle complex and diverse litigation files. We practice a team approach to litigation and are dedicated to providing the most forceful, efficient and comprehensive defense to our loyal clientele. New admit tees will be required to attend a training boot camp at the end of September.
