Workers' Compensation Defense Paralegal The candidate must possess 3+ years of experience in PA workers compensation defense law, time entries and billing experience to meet daily billable hour's requirements. Must also have strong organizational skills; have initiative and strong communication skills. Should be able to work independently and be able to handle all files from beginning to end and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-approved organization or a bachelor's degree is also required.
