Should have broad corporate experience with a concentration in mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and structuring, commercial contract review and drafting (including joint venture, distribution and supply agreements) as well as experience advising clients on a variety of general business matters. Stellar academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
