Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft deposition notices, discovery extensions, discovery requests and responses, complaints. Will proof Read Legal Documents. Legal Research, schedule depositions, trial preparation, and court reporters. E-File Pleadings, follow up on Subpoenas and Document Requests. Review and summarize records, depositions, and court transcripts. The candidate should preferably have a Bachelors degree from accredited institution. Paralegal certificate from an ABA certified paralegal program preferred. Should have 5+ years of experience. Must have expert knowledge of civil litigation timelines, deadlines, and filing procedures as well as excellent referrals. Proficiency with E-filing essential.
