Seeking Litigation Attorney with experience in personal injury litigation. Candidaet will be working up cases to trial. Must be comfortable communicating with clients and opposing counsel. Confidence in ability to take depositions, argue motions, present at trial, and write trial and mediation briefs is required. Work as a team to conduct written discovery, depositions and trial presentations is required.
