Immigration Attorney Duties: Take over the caseload of our attorney Erin who will be going out on maternity leave. Represent families with adjustment of status, waivers, immigrant visa petitions, and fiance visas. Assist individuals with naturalization, U visas, asylum, and crimmigration issues. Handle limited removal defense work for non-detained clients. Manage paralegal support staff. Manage open cases and communicate with clients by email and phone. QUALIFICATIONS: Member of state Bar (preferably State of Oregon). 3+ years of experience working as an immigration attorney. Strong analytical and strategic problem solving skills with extreme attention to detail. Superb interpersonal skills and track record of getting along well with colleagues and clients. Excellent written and communication skills. Fluency in another language is a plus. Start in mid-April 2019
