Immigration Attorney The candidate should have 5+ years of extensive business immigration experience handling PERMs, the full range of NIV (esp. H & L) and IV petitions. The successful candidate will thrive in a high volume environment with a diverse and complex case load. Experience must include case strategy development, keen analysis, innovative problem-solving and preparation of full range of business immigration applications for sophisticated, interesting and varied clientele. Top-tier English writing and communication skills, client relationship skills, excellent attention to detail and case management/organizational skills are essential.
