Legal Secretary - Insurance Defense The candidate should have 3 years of continued experience in Texas personal injury/insurance defense field. The ideal candidate for this position must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others, be able to manage priorities and workflow, excellent grammatical and spelling skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Job responsibilities are transcription and drafting of legal documents to include correspondence, pleadings, motions, orders, etc., experience in e-filing in various state and federal courts, as well as copying, faxing, scanning, mailing documents and other duties as required. The successful applicant must be able to multi task and work for multiple attorneys at one time.
