Paralegal Debt Collector The candidate should have experience of debt collection & litigation or possess strong research and writing skills. Excellent Writing Skills & Legal Research. Initiative - get the job done with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a fast pace environment. Prepare for trial by preparing trial briefs exhibits,subpoenas, evidence, and motions. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. I.e.Communicate with Clients; Prepare Attorney Calendar; Copy/Scan Documents; Prepare Hearing Folders. Previous experience in a legal environment. Should have 5 years of litigation and law clerk experience.
