Immigration Attorney The candidate will prepare the visa petitions for our clients. Will communicate with our clients throughout their immigration process. Represent clients before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Previous experience in immigration law is essential. Must have familiarity with various legal documents, different visa types and immigration forms. Strong analytical and problem solving skill is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential.
