Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2-3 years experience in general civil litigation, although prior civil rights or employment experience is a plus. Must be highly motivated, responsible, should have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Should have a qualified member of the California Bar who has a great work ethic and positive attitude. Preferred should have state court and federal court practice experience with past responsibility for drafting pretrial discovery, discovery meet and confer correspondence, drafting pleadings and other case management documents as required. Other candidates will be considered with subject matter familiarity.
