Life Sciences Attorney The candidate will advise companies, institutions and investigators in all phases of research, from the bench through product launch, including helping to document the clinical trials process. Will also provide compliance advice and training with respect to pharmaceutical and medical device sales, marketing, and other commercialization activities. Must have experience in FDA regulation, clinical trials, contracts, reimbursement, and regulatory interpretation and compliance. Book of business is preferable. Partner candidate will also be considered. Should also be a frequent presenter and active in the life sciences community.
