Legal Secretary The candidate responsibilities will include: Draft, transcribe, proofread, edit and file court documents and related correspondence, memorandum, pleadings and related documents; Court filing and internal file management; Scheduling and calendaring; Client and other counsel communications; Some office managerial responsibilities, including reception and incoming mail duties. Must have some secretarial experience. Should have High school or equivalent. Working knowledge of legal documents is must. Excellent organizational skills is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is needed.
