Part Time Employment Law Intake Paralegal The candidate will be working with the employment law department as an intake specialist for cases regarding Plaintiff-side discrimination, sexual harassment and wage violations. Our cases are generated via referrals and direct to consumer marketing. Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner, while also attentively addressing caller questions and concerns. Follow up with employment law leads via email and phone. Sending out messages to attorneys/ legal assistants and/or paralegals. Draft and send out retainer agreements. Assist with the creation of new matters on the firm's database. Upload new client paperwork to clients file on firm's database. Follow communication scripts developed by management and clients. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile. Keep comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative goals and objectives. Should be Bilingual (English-Spanish). High School Diploma or equivalent is needed, Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
