Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, trial work a plus. Ideal candidate should have experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling discovery matters and client management (preparing cases for trial is a plus). Practice focus will be in commercial & civil litigation, personal injury litigation a plus. A license to practice law in Florida is required. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical and communication skills.
