Consumer Class Action Paralegal The candidate will be managing federal and state court filings, case files, discovery, depositions and trial preparation for consumer class action, antitrust and product liability cases. Will be ensuring filings are in compliance with court rules and filing and e-filing documents therein, specifically in California state and federal courts. Assisting attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions, and issuing subpoenas. The candidate should have a Paralegal certificate (CLA/CP Certification) from an ABA accredited school. Bachelor's or equivalent work experience is required. Should have 2-3 years of experience under own belt. Experience with trials, case investigation, analysis, discovery, law and motion and case management are required. Must have excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Working knowledge of MDL essential.
