International Trade Staff Attorney The candidate will expect to work on trade law (antidumping, countervailing duty, 232), before the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Customs, U.S. Court of International Trade and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as matters in the export controls/sanctions realm. Should have U.S. Juris Doctor Degree. Must be Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. Should preferably have 2 years of experience with trade remedies and matters in the export controls/sanctions realm. Meaningful experience in a law firm or government position is plus.
