Paralegal (Real Estate & Commercial Finance) The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years solid paralegal experience in complex, high intensity, high volume commercial real estate and finance transactions. Four-year degree or equivalent experience. Experience reviewing title, surveys and other due diligence materials, creating and monitoring closing checklists, drafting loan documents, preparing closing binders, conducting real estate closings. This position requires the ability to work directly with clients, and on a number of projects at the same time, with different lawyers, and an ability to recall details unique to each project. Includes portfolio lending, acquisitions, leases, and mortgage loans. Advanced computer skills using MS office suite and other software applications.
