Immigration Attorney Duties: Represent individuals undergoing the U.S. immigration process. Represent individuals in family-based immigration, waivers, non-immigrant visas, and naturalization. Prepare and file immigration filings with US Citizenship and Immigration Services; Assist with filings with the National Visa Center and various U.S. Embassies/Consulates around the world; Work closely with experienced staff to produce excellent work for the firms clients and strive for ideal outcomes; Manage an extensive case load and consult with the firms seasoned attorneys in all aspects of the case as required; Communicate with clients proactively; Conduct necessary research, writing and analysis. Qualifications: Significant experience as a lawyer or law clerk in the area of immigration law; Fluency in Spanish; Strong oral and written communication skills; Demonstrated ability to work independently, meticulously, and complete work in a timely manner.
