Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in litigation, trial preparation, litigation maintenance, document management, calendaring, etc. Must have Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved Paralegal program. Should have knowledge of construction defect law and complex litigation. Experience with case management and trial preparation required. Must have computer proficiency. Must possess strong grammar, spelling and editing skills. Experience with filing procedures essential. Must have experience conducting investigations and legal research. Must be proficient drafting of discovery requests and responses, correspondence and pleadings. Knowledgeable and experienced with depositions and interrogatories.
