Personal Injury Attorney The candidate should have a valid license to practice law in California currently in good standing with the Bar. Should be professional, courteous, and accommodating to clients, as well as staff and co-workers. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Should have an in-depth knowledge of litigation management. Should have strong negotiation skills. Will provide sound counsel and judgment on legal questions or issues. Should be able to evaluate and try cases, as needed. Will take responsibility for pretrial prep, court appearances, motions, depositions, meditations and negotiations, etc. Should be an experienced PI Attorney with a positive, can-do attitude, and a diligent work ethic. Must be able to prioritize their case load and enjoy working in a high volume, fast paced, team environment.
