Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation. Must be familiar with District Clerk and Court rules and e-filing for Texas. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, must be familiar with drafting discovery and other court documents relating to litigation. Any experience with obtaining medical records from medical providers is a plus. Familiar with any type of case management system such as Filevine is a plus.
