Attorney at Law Candidate: Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona. Must have 3+ years' experience as a licensed attorney. 2+ years' Courtroom experience in Arizona is a necessary. Federal practice experience is a plus. Must be familiar with the Arizona Statutes in the areas of law that our firm practices (or be will become familiar with same within first 2 weeks of being hired). Must be knowledgeable of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure. Must be upbeat; a team player and be able to think outside the box; willing to put the client s needs first; and to pursue cases in keeping with the firm s successful track record. Must be willing to draft their own Pleadings, Responses and accompanying proposed Orders, draft and respond to Discovery including Subpoenas, draft Letters, perform legal research using West law, etc. and to draft and prepare Enforcement and Show Cause Motions. Must be willing to manage a file, input their time, meet with clients and attend state and federal court hearings and final trials.
