Property Insurance Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in property insurance, construction, and litigation. Should preferably be licensed to practice law in Minnesota and have 5 plus years of property and liability insurance coverage, claims, and litigation, including policy interpretation and analysis, claim presentation, and appraisal. Experience with construction or working with community associations and multi-unit housing is a plus. Must have the usual "bona fides" - a degree from an ABA accredited law school, a sterling resume, references, strong research and writing skills, litigation experience (i.e., discovery, motion practice, and/or trial experience), and a proven track record of success.
