Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager The candidate will handle all aspects of personal injury claims from A-Z, including, but not limited to, initial client contact, intakes, medical records requests, scheduling medical appointments, resolving PD and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files for demand, and quality client care. Will be handling telephone calls, scanning documents, data entry, and filing. Must have an attention to detail and good communication skills. Must also be well-organized, tech savvy, and able to work in a team environment. Overall, we are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated to succeed. Should have proficiency w/Microsoft Office. Should have prior Experience w/Personal Injury Claims. Should have proficiency w/Computers and Technology. Should have ability to handle up to 100 Personal Injury Pre-litigation cases at a time. Should have proficiency w/Abacus Case Management Software. Should have experience Writing Demands for Personal Injury Claims. Should have strong Vocabulary, Grammar, and Writing Skills; Fast Typing; Comfortable working in a Paperless system; Spanish Speaking is a huge +.
