Real Estate Transactional / Tax Attorney The candidate will work on a wide range of transactions involving federal and state tax credits, with a focus on federal new markets tax credits, federal low-income housing tax credits, federal renewable energy tax credits and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits. Should preferably have real estate transactional, finance or general tax experience with knowledge of partnership tax. Prior experience with tax credit transactions and government incentive programs would be a plus. Should have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and communication skills.
