Part-time Legal Secretary and Office Administrator The candidate will schedule appointments, set court appearances, take intake information and oversee day to day operation of the practice. Will prepare table of contents, table of authorities, prepare to file and serve pleadings is required. Willingness to learn and improve the law practice operation is desired. Need person with a positive and caring attitude who will meet, schedule and follow-up with clients as matter proceeds through resolution. Must have 5+ years of experience working as a legal secretary, familiar with litigation practice and procedures, billing/bookkeeping and office administration. Familiarity with Outlook, Excel, Word, Word Perfect and Judicial Council software is required for use in preparation of pleadings, correspondence, and discovery.
