Experienced Workers Compensation Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to the Workers' Compensation Attorneys' of the firm. Responsibilities include : Opening new files; Gathering client information to investigate each case; Communicating with clients and attorneys; Conduct research to support legal proceedings; Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents (such as pleadings); Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; Record and store client information. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Previous experience as a workers compensation paralegal is required. Colorado State Public Notary is preferred.
