Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate will conduct pre-litigation mediation. Will interact with adjusters and defense counsel. Negotiate bodily injury claims and handle case management. Must have experience handling personal injury matters and settlement negotiations. Experience managing pre-litigation staff is required. Bar results are preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office and Outlook. Knowledge of Abacus Law software is desired. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus.
