Staff Attorney - Litigation Responsibilities : The candidate will assist with discovery activities, primarily document review. Perform substantive document review, analyzing documents. Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues and privilege. Assist with preparation of privilege and redacting logs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements : The candidate should have a J.D and Texas bar admission. Minimum of 1-2 years of prior discovery/document review experience. Superior attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and within a team environment. Communicate clearly and precisely, both orally and in writing, with clients and other team members. Knowledge and use of Relativity, a plus.
