Part-time Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will draft letters, pleadings and motions, contact clients, perform case intakes, and to perform general clerical and calendar functions. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, able to take initiative and be multi-task oriented. Must be personable and hardworking is needed. Must also have the ability to: Comply with requests from insurance carriers; Requesting and following up on all medical records, reports; Ability to break down files and assemble documents for litigation; Copy, scan and file; Preform other work-related duties, as may be assign; and Spanish speaking is necessary.
