Family Law Attorney The candidate will be helping to manage a busy family law docket consisting of divorces, modifications, enforcements, child custody, grandparents rights, cps cases and other family matters. Will be preparing for trial and evidentiary hearings. Be conducting and defending depositions. Presenting and responding to discovery, motion writing; and successfully negotiating and facilitating mediation and/or conflict resolution. Must preferably have 2+ years of working with family law cases. Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Must be licensed in the State of Texas.
