Presuit Attorney Director - Personal Injury Responsibilities: Day-to-day handling of pre-litigation cases. Complete the Flip-to-Lit also known as file suit approval. Guide clients and the team through the case process. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum. Complete turn down approval for liability issues. Oversee settlement negotiations. Manage the release approval process. Handle Client complaint calls when escalated from a Presuit Attorney. Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Qualifications: Law degree from a fully accredited law school. An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Should have 3+ years of personal injury experience. Excellent client service and communication skills. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases.
