Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have either a Bachelor's Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program and at least three years of prior defense litigation experience. Should have experience performing the following tasks: Assisting trial counsel in all areas of client representation including drafting correspondence and pleadings; preparing discovery and discovery responses; document management; document production; preparing for depositions, mediation, arbitration and trial and supporting attorneys at trial. Must have knowledge of court rules, proficiency in paper and e-filing (state and federal), and knowledge of court websites and research skills. Should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills.
