Legal Assistant - Estate Planning The candidate must have 2-4 years of estate planning experience. Should preferably have a strong work ethic, exceptional problem solving skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace. Correspond with counsel, court and clients. Assist with client intake process. Draft estate planning documents and letters using proper templates. Witness and Notarize Estate Planning documents. Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary. Manage legal documentation, prepare and record deeds. Administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients. Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent certification is essential. Notary Public is essential.
