Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of litigation experience in complex and commercial matters. Law journal, appellate writ or appeal experience is a plus, as is a background in trial court writ of mandate processes and strategies, trial advocacy training and/or trial experience. Contract and/or statutory interpretation, and clerkship experience are also valued. Should be highly skilled in drafting complex pleadings, excellent at legal research and analysis, and well experienced in the strategies of evidence, and preparation and response of discovery in high value actions.
