Patent and Trademark Associate The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in patent, copyright and trademark law to join its Intellectual Property Department team. A technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred. Experience in litigation or in administrative proceedings in the Patent and Trademark Office is a plus. A growing book of business is also a plus. Must be admitted to the USPTO and be a member of the California Bar.
