Temp Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal. Will assist trial team from filing of complaint through trial. Propound and respond to extensive discovery. Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies. Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists. Calendaring. Notice Depositions and other Hearings. Set up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys. Organize documents for filing. Draft correspondence. Special projects as needed. Must have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases. Spanish speaking is preferred. Employment Type: Temporary.
