Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with Motions to Compel. Will prepare Summons, Civil Case Cover Sheets, Civil Case Cover Addendum, Case Management Statements, Notices of Depositions, Subpoenas. Organize medical charts. Meet with clients. Should have 3+ years of experience. Bachelor's degree is essential. Paralegal Certificate is essential. Should be paralegal with 5+ years experience in civil litigation. Should have experience preparing cases for Trial. Bachelor's Degree is preferable. Must have good command of Microsoft Word and Excel. Should have Typing skills of at least 65 wpm. Must be efficient with tasks given and have a good work ethic. Punctuality is a must. Must have good communication skills
