Associate Attorney - Employment Law The candidate will be responsible for: interacting directly with clients in English and Spanish; evaluating cases; conducting discovery; making court appearances; and law and motion. Should be licensed to practice in California. Must have experience working in litigation preferably in the labor or employment law setting. Experience with trial, case investigation, legal analysis, discovery, and law and motion is needed.
