Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will assist with propounding and responding to discovery, pleadings, service of process, calendaring, and pre-trial preparation such as witness coordination, trial notebooks, joint trial readiness conference statements, etc. Report claims to insurers, gather police reports and medical records, communicating with the clients as they go through their medical treatment, gathering bills and tallying up the totals, scheduling mediations, dealing with liens and reimbursement issues, as well as clerical support with copying, scanning, etc.
