Immigration Paralegal The candidate will build relationships with individuals from all backgrounds to make a real difference and create invaluable client experiences. Will manage an immigration caseload of clients who are seeking some form of legal status through the family-based immigration process. Will have daily interactions with the firm s attorneys, legal staff, and immigration clients. Will be an integral part of the firm s immigration practice. Will be responsible for welcoming new clients to the firm, executing attorney-directed strategy, preparing applications, using case tracking software, assisting with process management and development, and regular and timely communication with clients. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent. Family-Based Immigration Experience. Law Office Experience. Bilingual - English and Spanish Fluency. Strong attention to detail and English proofreading skills. Professional demeanor and presence. Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. Strong sense of urgency and responsibility. Good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness. Exceptional listening and communication skills. Unconditional commitment. Preferred: Administrative Support Experience. Strong Computer Skills [Rich knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro)]. Should be able to demonstrate your professional ability to speak, write, and read fluently in English and Spanish. Should maintain an empathetic mindset while investigating a client legal issues and creating memorable client experiences.
