Associate Attorney The candidate will be handling in the relevant areas of insurance defense litigation such as trucking, auto, premises liability, construction and product defect litigation. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, and conduct initial investigations. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, and consistent reporting for clients detailing significant case developments. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes, and comply with all legal standards and regulations. The candidate must have a previous experience in law, familiarity with various legal documents, and an excellent written and verbal communication skill. Must be admitted to practice in Florida. Admission to practice in additional states is preferred. Candidate must have at least 2+ years of prior experience handling insurance defense litigation. Strong understanding of Florida law and procedure is required. An ability to build rapport with clients, and strong analytical and problem solving skills is helpful.
