Paralegal The candidate will work with attorneys from inception through conclusion and entails contact with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers. Will be able to start with existing caseload and work up cases, including obtaining medical records, medical bills, organize medical records, obtain experts, draft pleadings, court e-filing, etc. Should have 5+ years of litigation experience. Must have experience with defense litigation. Medical malpractice experience a plus.
